You can cancel your ticket in accordance with the cancellation/refund conditions determined by the carrier companies. These terms will be notified to you at the time of each purchase. You can submit your cancellation-refund requests by finding the relevant ticket on the ticket inquiry page. The amount you paid will be reflected in your account within 7 business days, depending on the refund procedures of the bank you use. For purchases made with Debit/Cash cards, this process may take 1-20 business days. The refund process depends entirely on your bank and LetsGoBy has no right to intervene.
